摘 要:用静态箱采集气样,气相色谱法测定CO2浓度,研究湘中丘陵区4种森林类型土壤CO2排放量,分析森林类型、季节、土壤温度和含水量对土壤CO2排放量的影响。结果表明:4种森林类型月均土壤CO2排放量的最大值(350.476 mg.m-2h-1)和最小值(34.731 mg.m-2h-1)分别出现在7月份和2月份的杉木林,各森林类型的月均土壤CO2排放量之间的差异性显著(p<0.05)。各森林土壤CO2排放量存在明显的季节变化规律,马尾松林与南酸枣林、青冈林的土壤呼吸量在季节动态上趋势相似。4种森林类型土壤CO2排放与各层(0、5和10cm)土壤温度之间呈显性指数相关(p<0.001),但与土壤含水量相关性并不显著(p=0.0874)。Soil CO2 efflux in four forests in hilly areas of central Hunan,China,were investigated by using static chamber to sample released gas from soil for chemical analysis with gas chromatography.The influences of forest type,seasonal dynamics and soil moisture on soil CO2 efflux were investigated.The results show that the average rates of soil CO2 efflux in four forests was the highest for Choerospondias axillaries forest(157.99 mg·m^-2h^-1),immediate for Cunninghamia lanceolata plantation(151.25 mg·m^-2h^-1) and Cyclobalanopsis glauca forest(144.75 mg·m-2h-1),and the lowest for Pinus massoniana forest(142.19 mg·m^-2h^-1).The four forests had significant different seasonal change patterns of soil respiration processes.Choerospondias axillaris,Pinus massoniana and Cyclobalanopsis exhibited irregular fluctuated curves during the study period.The greatest significant correlation were found between soil efflux and soil temperature(within the depth from 0 to 5cm depth,from 5 to 10cm depth,respectively) in four forest types(p0.001).However,there were no significant for the correlation between soil CO2 efflux and forest type,soil moisture(p=0.0874).
