苏州地区2052例老年高血压人群血脂、血尿酸水平分析

摘　　要：目的探讨苏州地区老年高血压人群中血脂、血尿酸(UA)水平,为制定预防和干预措施提供科学依据。方法所有数据来源于苏州大学附属第二医院体检数据统计系统,包括总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和血尿酸(UA);采用SPSS17.0统计软件进行t检验及χ2检验处理。结果校正年龄和性别后,老年高血压人群中,男性和女性的甘油三酯(TG)及血尿酸(UA)水平明显高于正常血压水平组(P<0.05),高血压组的高甘油三酯血症(TG)和高尿酸血症(UA)的发病率明显高于正常组(P<0.05)。结论重视老年高血压人群血脂及血尿酸(UA)的检测,加强高脂血症及高尿酸血症(UA)的防治,对提高老年人的健康水平有重要意义。Objective To analyze the serum lipid and uric acid（UA） levels in elderly population with hypertension in Suzhou area,and to provide the scientific reference for working out prevention and intervention measures.Methods All data were collected from the physical examination center system of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University,which included total cholesterol（TC）,triglyceride（TG）,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C） and serum uric acid（UA）.Statistical software SPSS17.0 was used to conduct t-test and the Chi-square test.Results After adjustment of age and gender,the levels of TG and UA in the men and women of hypertension group were significantly higher than those in normal blood pressure group（P0.05）.The incidence rates of hypertriglyceridemia and hyperuricemia in hypertension group were significantly higher than those in normal blood pressure group（P0.05）.Conclusions It is of great value to paying more attention to detection of serum lipid and UA in elderly hypertensive population and enhancing the prevention and treatment for hypertriglyceridemia and hyperuricemia so as to improve the health level of the elderly.
