摘 要:色氨酸作为人体必需氨基酸之一,参与蛋白质的生物合成和维持机体内环境的稳定,其主要分解代谢产物有5-羟色胺、犬尿氨酸等。色氨酸代谢紊乱与多种临床疾病的发生和发展有密切关系,对色氨酸及其主要代谢产物进行检测,可为相关疾病的诊断治疗、病情监测及发生机制的研究提供依据。本文就色氨酸代谢、生理功能、检测及临床应用作一简要综述。Tryptophan is an indispensable amino acid that should be supplied by dietary protein.Apart from its incorporation into body proteins,tryptophan is the precursor for serotonin,an important neuromediator,and for kynurenine,an intermediary metabolite of a complex metabolic pathway ending with kynurenic and xanthurenic acids.Tryptophan metabolism within different tissues is associated with numerous physiological functions.The occurrence and development of a variety of clinical diseases are closely related to tryptophan metabolism disorder.Therefore,the determination of main tryptophan metabolites can provide the evidence for the diagnosis,treatment,monitoring,and occurrence mechanism research of the related diseases.The article briefly summarizes the metabolism,physiological functions,determination and clinical application of tryptophan.
