摘  要:为了提高热电联产中因长时间处于低负荷供热状态下给供热机组的发电能力带来的影响,这里提出了对机组热力系统实施加装换热器的改造方案,并通过热力学分析给出改造后机组的新增发电量以及对煤耗等的影响;此外,对由此产生的给水系统阻力特性的改变和因变流量使给水系统处于低效运行时所采取的给水泵优化运行进行了分析;以某企业自备电站为例,对其实施改造后所带来的经济效益做出了综合评价。In order to improve the impacts of the power generation capacity of the heating units which prolonged heating at a low load in the Combined Heat and Power, the reform program of imposing heat exchanger to the thermal system has been proposed in this paper. Besides, we can see the new generating capacity after transformation by thermodynamic analysis and the impacts of the coal consumption, etc. In addition, the changes of the resistance characteristics in water supply system were analyzed. It also analyzed the optimal operation of the feed pump when the running water system is inefficient due to variable flow. Therefore,in the case of an owned power plant, we have made a comprehensive evaluation to the economic benefits of the new thermal system.
