摘　　要：介绍了用不同钢制作的螺纹刀具的技术要求、热处理工艺,包括T12A、GCr15、9SiCr钢手用丝锥,高速钢机用丝锥,Cr12MoV钢滚丝轮,9SiCr、Cr12MoV、65Nb钢搓丝板,9SiCr钢园板牙等,以及热处理注意事项,如淬火晶粒度控制、原材料质量要求和淬火畸变控制等。Specification and heat treatment process of thread-cutting tools made of different steels were introduced,including hand taps of T12A,GCr15 and 9SiCr steels,machine taps of high speed steels,thread-hobbing die of Cr12MoV steel,thread-rolling dies of 9SiCr,Cr12MoV and 65Nb steels,and round die of 9SiCr steel,as well as points for attention in heat treatment,such as control of grain size during austenitizuing,raw material examination,control of distortion originating from quenching.
