摘  要:应用动物体被热物性参数测试平台,以哈尔滨平原、通河林区2种生境的黄鼬东北亚种(Mustelasibirica manchurica Brass)成体的冬季毛皮为对象,在研究样本的性别、身体部位、测试面积的选取、样本预处理方法、测试持续时间、实验标定冰点等方面进行了改进优化,确定了用0.9%生理盐水对样本进行24 h回鲜和72 h的自然风干预处理;选取雄性黄鼬背臀部5 000 mm2面积的毛皮进行传热性能测试,每次测试持续时间为4 h。结果表明:同一地区不同采样时间的各2组毛皮样本热导率比较显示,11—12月采集的同一地区的雄性黄鼬冬季毛皮保温性能差异不显著,即冬季毛被在此时间段处于稳态。2种生境条件下,黄鼬东北亚种雄性成体冬季毛皮的保温性能差异显著(通河林区的优于哈尔滨平原地区的)。Winter pelage in Siberian weasel(Mustela sibirica manchurica Brass) from different habitats were used as research objects to carry out experimental optimization of the selection of test samples sex,parts of the body and test area as well as test duration,freezing point calibration by using a simple text-board on thermophysical parameters of pelage.The optimized results were obtained as the pelage soaked for 24 h with 0.9% saline and then pretreated for 72 h by natural withering,the samples selected at buttocks of the dorsum of the male with an area of 5 000 mm2 for heat transfer test,and the duration 4 h once.Comparison of the samples from the same place collected at different sampling time during November-December showed that there was no significant difference in thermal insulation performance of the male Siberian weasel,indicating that the pelage was in a stable state at that time in winter.However,a significant difference in thermal insulation performance of the male Siberian weasel from different habitats was observed,and the thermal insulation performance of the Siberian weasel from the plain area in Harbin was better than that from Tonghe forest region.
