摘 要:提出了以苯酚和α-甲基苯乙烯为原料,生产4-枯基酚和2,4-二枯基酚的联产工艺路线。此工艺路线首次采用原位中和法去除催化剂,使全部生产过程无含酚废水等有机污染物排放;详细研究了物料比、催化剂的用量、反应温度、重结晶中溶剂的用量等工艺参数对生产工艺的影响,给出了最佳工艺条件。联产工艺使苯酚的转化率接近100%,4-枯基酚和2,4-二枯基酚二者总收率达到90%以上;首次采用两种溶剂进行二次重结晶提纯2,4-二枯基酚的方法,使产品的纯度大于99%。联产工艺有效地解决了现有4-枯基酚和2,4-二枯基酚工艺中副产物多、分离提纯困难、产品纯度差、收率低且污染环境等问题。A co-production process for 4-cumylphenol and 2,4-dicumylphenol was developed.The effect of raw material ratios,amount of catalysts,reaction temperature and dosage of re-crystallization solvents on alkylation of phenol and α-methyl-styrene were studied.Approximate 100% phenol conversion,and above 90% yield of 4-cumylphenol and 2,4-dicumylphenol were obtained.The purity of 2,4-dicumylphenol was better than 99% when a two-step re-crystallization with different solvents was employed.The emission of wastewater phenol-containing and other organic pollutants can be completely avoided when a new in-situ neutralization method was utilized for removal of catalysts.The problems of the present production technologies of 4-cumylphenol and 2,4-dicumylphenol,including difficulties in separation and purification,low yields and environmental pollution,could be solved.
