战略性海洋新兴产业发展现状及2030年展望

摘　　要：进入21世纪以来,在海洋技术和市场需求的带动下,战略性海洋新兴产业实现飞跃式发展,成为我国国民经济新的增长点。未来二十年是我国战略性海洋新兴产业发展的关键历史时期,保持海洋新兴产业的长足发展,应紧紧把握未来二十年的战略发展机遇期。本文从战略性海洋新兴产业的内涵出发,对我国战略性海洋新兴产业发展的现状进行了阐述,提出今后发展的总体思路。并从资金投入、建立产业集群、建立多元化的投融资体制、培养高素质的创新人才以及加强国际合作等角度探讨我国战略性海洋新兴产业的发展对策,借以推动我国海洋经济实现跨越式发展。In the first decade of 21st century, driven by marine technology and market demand, strategic marine emerging industry has achieved a leap-forward development, and become a new growth point of China＇s national economy. The next two decades is the critical period for the development of China＇s strategic marine, so it is very important to firmly grasp the opportunity. In this paper, from the definition of strategic marine emerging industry, it states the status quo of marine emerging industry, analyzes its main issues and then puts forward future development ideas. Moreover, from several aspects, such as capital investment, the estabhshment of industrial clusters, forming a diversified investment and financing system, developing high quality innovative talents and strengthening international cooperation, this paper proposes some measures to boost our strategic marine industries, so as to greatly promote China＇s marine economy development.
