摘 要:大电网调度的智能化需要在技术上综合实现主站和厂站二次系统的标准化和模块化建设、信息灵活互动;在管理上打破专业壁垒,实现二次专业的融合。文中从电网基础数据、应用支撑平台和高级应用软件3个方面阐述了大电网调度智能化过程中的关键技术问题。在电网基础数据建设方面,设计了支持统一时标量测的数据采集与监控系统;在应用支撑平台方面,提出了集成化应用支撑平台解决方案;在新一代的高级应用软件方面,提出了基于时标量测的快速状态估计、基于在线的自适应三道防线、实时预警预控。In order to build up intelligent power dispatching of bulk power grid,integration of secondary system in power control center and substations needs standardized and modular secondary system construction which results in information interaction more flexible.Implementation of secondary system integration is with multi-specialty technology merging.Some key technologies including grid fundamental data enhancement,application support platform,and advanced power analysis software(PAS) for intelligent power dispatching of bulk power grid are studied.In respect of building grid fundamental data,SCADA supporting system with united time stamped measurements is designed.In respect of support platform,general solution scheme of integrated application support platform is proposed.In respect of new PAS,fast status estimation based on time stamped measurements,on-line self-adaptive defense lines,real-time pre-warning and pre-control system are put forward.
