摘  要:本文通过对我国西部地壳形变监测与地震预测实践的简要回顾,结合2001年昆仑山口西8.1级、2008年汶川8.0级大地震前区域地壳运动变形背景的已有研究结果,分析阐述了在现今地壳形变观测技术不断向高精度、高分辨和高效便捷发展的趋势下,注重地质构造活动背景和构造变形模式差异布局,提升地震形变监测能力的必要性和重要性。进而根据鄂尔多斯西南缘区域构造动力背景和变形模式,探讨了针对这一重点监视区优化监测布局、有效捕捉地形变异常动态信息的一些思路和方法。Based on a brief summary on the practice of crustal deformation monitoring and earthquake prediction, and combined with the existing research results of regional crustal deformation before the 2001 Ms8. 1 Kunlun and the 2008 Ms8.0 Wenchuan earthquake, this paper elaborates that it is necessary and important to focus on the geological back- ground and tectonic deformation in different layout modes to enhance the ability of seismic deformation monitoring in considering that today the crustal deformation observation tech- nologies continuously advance to high precision, high resolution and efficiency and conven- ience. Then according to the regional tectonic dynamic background and deformation mode of the southwest margin of the Ordos block, we present and discuss some ideas and meth- ods which can optimize the layout of monitoring and capture the dynamic information of the abnormal surface changes effectively in this key monitoring area.
