摘 要:目的了解学龄前儿童体质训练效果,探索促进学龄前儿童体质发育的训练模式。方法整群抽取高邮市4所幼儿园,随机分成试验组和对照组,试验组儿童651名,对照组儿童666名。根据"高邮市学龄前儿童体质训练方案",对试验组儿童进行2 a各项体质训练干预,对照组儿童进行常规教学。对训练前后儿童体质指标进行比较。结果除3.5~5.5岁组儿童的平衡素质外,其他素质指标都是试验组儿童水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义;实验组儿童上肢力量比对照组儿童平均远1~2 m,下肢爆发力比对照组儿童平均远10~20 cm,灵敏性比对照组儿童平均快约1 s,柔韧性的坐位体前屈成绩比对照组儿童平均增加2~3 cm,完成2 a训练的6岁组儿童身高水平高于对照组儿童1.2 cm。结论开展学龄前儿童体质训练切实可行,能够促进儿童体质发育。Objective To assess intervention training on preschool children, and to explore the suitable training pattern for improving the physique among preschool children. Methods Four kindergartens were chosen from Gaoyou and all the children were divided into test group (651 children) and control group(666 children ). Different physique trainings on children were carried out in test group for two years according to the Physique Training Program on Preschool Children in Gaoyou, while common teaching was conducted among children in control group. After comparing the physique index of the children who had received the training with the index of them before receiving the training. Results All the other physique indices of children in test group were better than those of children in control group except the balance ability of children between the ages of 3.5-5.5, with statistical significant differences. The children who had received two-year training were far stronger in upper limbs than those in control group; their lower limbs were ten to twenty centimeters farther in explosive force on average than children in control group; their sensitivity was one second faster on average than children in control group; their results of sit and reach flexibility was 2-3 cm more on average than children in control group; Six-year old children who have received two-year training were 1.2 cm higher on average than children in control group. Conclusion Carrying out physique training on preschool children is useful for children's physical development.
