摘 要:对传感器组合进行虚拟样机设计,构建三维实体模型,并通过ANSYS软件对其进行动静态有限元分析,计算出传感器组合静态位移变形、转角。根据模态分析,计算出前5阶固有频率、振型。对上述数据工程化处理并归纳总结,从而定性定量分析出承载零件对系统光轴一致性的影响。通过与实际光轴调校后激光光斑比对,得出理论计算的偏转角与工程试验偏差角在同一数量级上且系统光轴一致性远高于大系统的指标,证明此设计方法具有一定的前瞻性。Through virtual prototyping of sensor combinations design, three-dimensional solid model building and finite element analysis by ANSYS during demonstration phase, the static displacement deformation sensor combination, comers were calculated, and according to modal analysis, the natural frequencies of the top five, vibration mode were calculated, the data were engineered and summarized, so qualitative and quantitative analysis was carried out to get effects of bearing parts to the consistency of the opti-cal axis. By adjusting the optical axis and the actual laser spot after comparison, got the theoretical calculation of the deflection angle and engineering text deflection angle. The same order of magnitude and consistency of the system optical axis is much higher than large-scale system of indicators, which proved that it has forward looking.
