针灸调节衰老大鼠对疫苗反应性的实验研究

摘　　要：目的用白百破疫苗免疫衰老模型大鼠,观察"双固一通"针灸法对血脂和蛋白水平的影响。方法大鼠随机分成正常免疫对照组,正常免疫治疗组,模型免疫对照组,模型免疫治疗组。用D-半乳糖颈背部皮下注射6周,构建亚急性衰老大鼠模型。第7周所有组别大鼠注射白百破疫苗,给予两治疗组电针刺激足三里、百会、关元穴,并施以艾灸处理3周,所有动物喂养至第12周处死,取全血,分离血清检测血脂和蛋白含量。结果模型免疫对照组较正常免疫对照组甘油三脂(TG)、胆固醇(CHOL)升高,总蛋白(TP)、球蛋白(GLB)降低,差异有显著性(均P<0.05);模型免疫治疗组较模型免疫对照组TG、CHOL降低,TP、GLB升高,差异有显著性(P<0.05);正常免疫治疗组较正常免疫对照组的TG、CHOL降低,TP、GLB升高,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论针灸能有效降低衰老大鼠升高的血脂水平,且能使免疫后衰老大鼠的TP和GLB增加,提示针灸能延缓衰老,提高衰老机体对疫苗的反应性。Objective After DTaP vaccine is immune to the D-galactose induced aging model rats,we observed the effect of Double-reinforcing and One-unblocking of acupuncture method on blood fat and protein levels.Methods 40 SD rats were randomly divided into four groups：the normal immune therapy group（A）,the normal immune control group（B）,the model immune therapy group（C） and the model immune control group（D）.C and D groups encountered with D-galactose injection into the subcutaneous of neck back for 6 weeks,induced sub-acute aging model rats.A and B groups were injected of same amount of saline.At the seventh week all the rats were injected DPT vaccine,through the electro-acupuncture stimulated,and disposed with moxibustion for 3 weeks,then feed for two weeks（B and D groups did not do acupuncture and moxibustion treatment）,at twelvth week all the rats were collected whole blood,serum was separated and lipid and protein content were tested.Results Compared with control group,the rats in adding model had higher triglyceride（TG） and cholesterol（CHOL） levers and lower of total protein（TP） and globulin（GLB） levers.After treated with double reinforcing-one unblocking acupuncture and moxbustion,the lever of TG and CHOL were decreased and TP and GLB were increased.Compared with control group,the levers of TG and CHOL were significantly different from that of the acupuncture control group.Conclution Acupuncture can effectively reduce the levels of serum lipid and increase aging rats the levels of TP and GLB,which suggest acupuncture can enhance the response of vaccine in aging rats.
