烟台地区露地越冬菠菜品种比较试验

摘　　要：通过对7个菠菜品种基本植物学特性、生长状况和发病状况的调查分析发现,从植物学特性看,7个菠菜品种均适于作为加工品种,但在抗病性、净光合速率和产量方面,天秀菠菜表现更好,对霜霉病、病毒病、叶霉病的抗性较强,且产量较高。试验结果表明,天秀菠菜是适于烟台地区露地越冬栽培的菠菜品种。The basic botany characteristics, growth and morbidity status of seven spinach varieties were analyzed in this paper. The results showed that all of the seven spinach varieties were suitable for processing. But the variety Tianxiu appeared better in disease resistance, yield and net photosynthesis rate, which had higher yield and stronger resistance to downy mildew, virus disease and leaf mold. So Tianxiu was the best spinach variety suitable for overwintering cultivation in open fields of Yantai area.
