摘　　要：基于人居环境科学理论背景,聚焦陕西省宝鸡市高新区城乡统筹发展示范区主要问题,介绍了"明确规划时序、重塑空间结构、界定编制层级"的时空统筹战略;阐述"经济—生态—社会"三位一体下的城乡统筹空间规划模式理论研究;并进一步探索人居环境科学实践论指导下的农村社区空间统筹模块化设计方法。Based on the theory of Sciences of Human Settlements,this article discusses on major problems of High-tech Demonstration Zone of integrated urban-rural development in Baoji City,Shaanxi Province.It introduces the integral development strategy of ＂clarifying planning terms,restructuring spatial layout,defining compilation hierarchy,＂ as well as the theoretical study on integrated urban-rural spatial planning mode with comprehensive economic,ecological and social development,and finally explores the integrated modular design method for rural community spaces.
