摘  要:目的分析新生儿出生当天生化指标中的差异,为临床的诊断治疗及预后提供更准确的实验室依据。方法收集新生儿出生24h内,抽血检测23项生化指标,将结果根据产式和出生时孕龄分为早产剖宫产组、早产顺产组、足月剖宫产组、足月顺产组,并对检测数据进行统计学分析。结果足月顺产组新生儿血TP、ALB、TB、DB指标比早产顺产组、早产剖宫产组及足月剖宫产组新生儿高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);足月新生儿组血TP、ALB、CK、CK-MB指标比早产儿组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孕龄和产式对新生儿生化指标有明显影响,临床在对新生儿做诊断和治疗中应考虑孕龄和产式对新生儿的影响。Objective To supply more laboratory evidence for clinical diagnosis,therapy and prognosis on newborns.Methods The biochemical items ALT,AST,TP,ALB,TB,DB,TNT,ALP,GGT,CK,LDH,GLU,UN,CR,UA,CA,P,MG,K,NA,CL,CO2 and CK-MB of the newborns who were born less than 24 hours were detected and analyzed.The newborns were divided into mature delivery group and premature delivery group.Results The TP,ALB,TB and DB levels in mature delivery group were higher than that thereof the other group(P0.05).The TP,ALB,CK and CK-MB levels in mature delivery were higher than that of premature delivery(P0.05).Conclusion The pregnant ages and delivery way of newborns may affect the biochemical items of the blood.The doctors should consider these two factors for the diagnosis and cure of the newborns.
