摘　　要：以林德40000 m3/h内压缩流程空分设备为例,将一次热启动过程中的异常现象和正常启动过程进行对比分析,总结加温及热启动过程中应该遵循的操作要领和注意事项,达到保证空分设备热启动稳定进行并缩短启动时间的目的。Here, with Linde 40000 m3/h inner compression process air separation plant as example, the abnormalities during primary hot start process and normal start process are compared and analyzed, and the key operation instructions and notes during heating-up and hot start process are summarized in an effect to stabilize the hot start and shorten the start time of the air separation plant.
