摘  要:空分设备大型化成为发展趋势,受后续生产装置及自身稳定性影响,工况调整能否满足需要已经成为制约空分设备大型化的重要因素之一。从工况调整原则、主要依据、操作前提、关键手段和计量要素五个方面入手,探究空分设备工况调整的简易化方案。以一套40000 m3/h空分设备为实例,阐述人为干预性工况调整和突发事故状态下调整方案的可行性。研究表明,不论是人为干预性负荷增减,还是事故状态下的应急处置,空分设备工况调整都可按照既定思路进行简易化操作,达到预期操作目标。Large-sized air separation plant becomes the development trend, however due to the following production devices and stability of itself, the capacity of case adjustment to meet the requirement is one of the important factors restricting the said development trend. Here, the simple case adjustment scheme of air separation plant is discussed from its adjustment principles, main basis, operation prerequisite, key means, and metering elements, and with a 40000 m3/h air separation plant as example the feasibility of artificial interfering of case adjustment and the adjustment scheme under abrupt accident are described. The approach shows that in artificial interfering of increase/decrease of load or emergency treatment under emergency state, the case adjustment of air Separation plant may be simplified as per the preset idea to realize the predicted target.
