双水相体系萃取白英总皂苷

摘　　要：目的利用双水相萃取技术提取分离白英中的总皂苷。方法以乙醇/硫酸铵为双水相萃取体系,研究乙醇质量分数、硫酸铵质量分数、pH值、温度等因素对萃取效果的影响。结果萃取条件为乙醇质量分数为30%,硫酸铵质量分数为20%,pH=7.0,温度为30℃时,白英总皂苷在两相的分配系数为17.3,回收率为95.2%。结论该方法可用于白英中总皂苷的提取分离。Objective To investigate the extraction and separation of total saponinis from Solanum lyratum Thunb.using aqueous two-phase system.Methods Ethanol/ammonium sulfate were used as aqueous two-phase extraction system to study the influence of ethanol concentration,ammonium sulfate concentration,pH and temperature on the extraction efficiency.Results The best extraction conditions were chosen as follows：the mass fraction of ethanol was 30%,the concentration of ammonium sulfate was 20%,pH=7.0 and temperature was 30 ℃.The distribution coefficient and recovery of the total saponins in aqueous two-phase extraction system was 17.3 and 95.2%,respectively.Conclusions The method is simple,low cost,less time-consuming and could be used for the extraction of total saponins in Solanum lyratum Thunb..
