摘　　要：尿素装置二氧化碳压缩机控制系统采用德国VOITH公司生产的E580系列电液转换器对原控制系统电液转换器进行改造,取消原飞锤式超速保护系统,选用3取2电子超速保护系统实现超速保护,同时对现场控制油路进行简化,将原来控制油系统中单个部件集成到速关控制装置中,提高了机组控制系统的控制性能及安全可靠性。E580 series electro-hydraulic converter by German VOITH Company is used for C02 compressor control system in urea plant to transform the existing control system by replacing the original Hammer over-speed protection system with 2 out of 3 electronic over-speed protection system to realize the over-speed protection and meanwhile the field control-oil loop is simplified by integrating the single component of the existing control-oil system into the quick-closing control device,thus,the control performance and safety-reliability of the unit control system improved.
