摘　　要：介绍陶瓷纤维的结构和特性,分析陶瓷纤维衬里失效原因和现状,结合一段转化炉耐火衬里出现的问题,通过使用新产品和新工艺,提出解决耐火衬里脱落和炉壁超温的方法。The structure and properties of ceramic-fiber are introduced and the iailure reasons oI ceramic-fiber lining analyzed,considering the problems appeared on the refractory lining in the primary Reformer refractory lining some new product and latest process technology are used to propose a method solving the issue of refractory lining fall off and over-temperature of reformer wall.
