痹痛康丸联合甲氨蝶呤治疗类风湿关节炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察痹痛康丸联合甲氨蝶呤治疗类风湿关节炎的临床疗效。方法将180例类风湿关节炎患者随机分为3组:A组给予甲氨蝶呤联合痹痛康丸治疗,B组给予痹痛康丸治疗,C组给予甲氨蝶呤片治疗,3组疗程均为12周,3组分别于用药后4周、12周进行疗效评定。结果治疗4周、12周时A组总有效率均明显高于B组和C组,A组VAS疼痛评分、疲乏VAS评分、肿胀关节数、疼痛关节数、ESR、CRP等指标改善情况均优于B组和C组。结论痹痛康丸联合甲氨蝶呤治疗类风湿关节炎起效快、疗效好,可明显缓解临床症状,改善功能活动、体征及实验室指标。Objective It is to observe the clinical curative effect of Bitongkang pill combined with methotrexate treatment on rheumatoid arthritis（RA）.Methods 180 RA patients were randomly divided into 3 groups： group A treated with Bitongkang pill combined with methotrexate,group B treated with Bitongkang pill and group C treated with methotrexate tablets.All the treatment courses were 12 weeks.In 4 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment,the curative effects in the three groups were evaluated respectively.Results In 4 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment,the total effective rate in group A was obviously higher than that in group B and group C,the improvements of indexes such as VAS pain scores,fatigue VAS scores,swelling points quantity,pain points quantity,ESR and CRP were better than that in group B and group C.Conclusion Bitongkang pill combined with methotrexate has a quick and good curative effect on RA,and the treatment can obviously relieve clinical symptoms and improve functional activities,signs and laboratory chamber indicators.
