摘 要:根据油气勘探的地质地理条件设计合理的钻井方法,并根据不同的钻井方法配置合适的钻机具,可提高钻井效率、节约成本。本文详细地介绍了石油勘探使用的两种山地取芯钻具的结构及钻井方法,通过新钻井工艺的推广应用,不仅能减少破岩过程中的能量消耗、降低动力配备、减轻整套钻机的重量,也可降低粉尘污染,提高施工人员的健康安全系数。Drilling efficiency can be improved and the cost can be cut down by reasonable drilling methods according to oil and gas exploration results in geological and geographical,with suited drilling rig configured according to different drilling methods.This paper describes two kinds of core drilling structure and drilling method in detail for oil exploration in mountain areas.By the promotion and application of new drilling crafts,the energy consumption can not only be reduced in rock breaking process,power equipment can be lowered,the weight of whole rig are reduced,but also dust pollution is reduced and the health of construction workers are improved.
