摘  要:本文基于野外施工中大量电瓶容量下降的问题,对电瓶容量下降的原因——电瓶搁置时间太长、硫化、存放温度过高、过量充电等,与造成电瓶容量下降的解决方法等进行了分析总结,并详细介绍了电瓶存放温度与其存放时间的关系,给出了3种修复电瓶的方法——脉冲修复法、强电修复法和全充全放电修复法,分析了每种修复方法及各自的利弊。根据目前野外施工的各种情况提出笔者所在工区使用全充全放电修复法来修复电瓶最为可行,为此专门研制出了电瓶充放电装置,使用该装置不仅可以对电瓶进行充放电,还可以根据测出的放电时间和放电电流来检测电瓶的现有容量。According to the battery capacity decreased problem,this paper analyzed and summarize the reasons for the decline,such as battery use time is too long,vulcanization,storage temperature is too high,excessive charging,etc.Then the paper introduced the relationship between the storage temperature with storage time and put forward the following 3 kinds of methods for recovery: pulse method,electrical method and the full charge-full discharge method.Moreover this article also elaborated the advantages and disadvantages of each recovery methods.According to variety of field situations,the author found out the full charge full discharge repair method the most feasible,then a specially battery charging and discharging device is developed.Using this device not only can charge and discharge battery,but also can detect the available capacity according to the discharging time and discharging current.
