摘　　要：在目前矿山企业提升机大部分采用异步电机转子回路串电阻的调速方式,能耗较大。电控沿用TKD系统,故障率较高。本文设计了一种全数字化高性能提升机电控系统,从而实现了对传统提升机的改造,并成功运行于矿山生产中。At present,the most enterprise’ mine hoister use induction motor rotor circuit resistance of the speed with,large energy consumption.Electric control system used TKD system with high failure rate.This paper introduces the design of a kind of full digital mechanical and electrical control system with high performance ascension so as to realize the transformation of traditional ascension of the machine,running in mine production successfully.
