城市规划专业留杭毕业生住房情况调查及分析——以浙江科技学院为例

摘　　要：随着中国城市化的快速推进和房价的日益飙升,大学毕业生在刚毕业几年间的住房问题显得越来越突出。现以浙江科技学院近六年城市规划专业本科毕业生为调查对象,结合多种调研方法的综合运用,通过对其居住足迹的跟踪调查,剖析大学毕业生的住房现状和住房困难问题,探讨公共租赁房这一保障性住房的准入机制及理想的区位分布等议题。With the rapid development of China＇s urbanization and soaring of house price,housing problem of the graduates in the years just after graduating is becoming more and more outstanding.Taking the urban planning graduates in the past six years as survey objects,we track their living footprint with the integrated use of various research methods to analyze their housing situation and housing difficulties,and discuss the access to the affordable housing mechanism and the ideal location distributions of public rental housing.
