摘 要:本文提出了一种粉煤灰粉料生态化改性的方法,制备出一种粉煤灰纤维复合体生长基材料。采用扫描电子显微形貌分析法分析生长基的结构特征;快速水分测试法及热分析分别从宏观和微观角度分析生长基的保持水特性及缓释水特性。试验结果表明:生长基材料具有典型的纤维穿插于包裹有高吸水性树脂的粉煤灰颗粒/群之间的微观结构,该结构具有良好的保持水和缓释水性能,可以作为土壤改良剂进行植草应用。This paper presents a kind of methods for the fly ash power ecological modification,with which a fly ash composite growth substrate was made.The morphology of the growth substrate was observed by scanning electron microscope.The water keeping and controlled-releasing characteristics of the growth substrate were analyzed by the fast moisture analysis and thermal analysis,respectively from the macro and micro perspective.The results show that the typical micro-morphology of the growth substrate is the fiber interspersed among the fly ash particles/cluster which is wrapped by the super absorbent resin,and the whole structure has a good performance at water retention and water releasing.So it can be used as the soil conditioner in planting grass.
