“村改居”社区文化转型的实践探讨

摘　　要："村改居"社区是中国城市化过程中的必然产物。社区转型中包含着文化转型,文化转型的价值目标是构建社区和谐文化,提高居民的现代化素质。社区文化转型应该坚持多元取向与一元导向相统一、外灌与内生相统一、层次性与创新性相统一等基本原则。具体的实践途径有:完善"村改居"社区的物质文化设施,为文化转型提供物质基础;制定"村改居"社区的制度规范,为文化转型提供制度保障;加强"村改居"社区的思想文化教育,为文化转型提供精神条件;开展"村改居"社区丰富多彩的文化活动,为文化转型营造良好氛围。Neighborhood transformed from villages is an inevitable outcome of China＇ s urbanization. The transformation includes that of culture, which aims to construct harmonious community culture, improve people＇ s quality. Community cultural transformation should insist the principle of combining muki -orientation and one- guide, outside and inside, hierarchy and creativity. The practical ways are im- proving neighborhood community＇ s material and cultural facilities, thus to provide material basis for cultural transformation; making community regulations, thus to provide an institutional guarantee; strengthening ideological and cultural education, thus to provide spiritual guarantee; and carrying out colorful cultural activities, thus to provide suitable environment.
