丹红注射液结合盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗颈性眩晕疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察丹红注射液治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效。方法将65例颈性眩晕患者随机分为治疗组(32例)和对照组(33例),分别采用丹红注射液结合盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊和单纯盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗,疗程2周。结果治疗组的临床治愈率为59.38%、总有效率为96.88%,均高于对照组的15.15%和78.79%(P<0.05,P<0.01)。治疗后,两组椎动脉(VA)和基底动脉(BA)平均血流速度均较治疗前加快(P<0.01),且治疗组平均血流速度较对照组快(P<0.05)。结论丹红注射液可以提高颈性眩晕的临床疗效。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Danhong Injection＂ in the treatment of cervical vertigo.Methods Sixty-five subjects were randomized into two groups： treatment group in which 32 cases were treated with ＂Danhong Injection＂ and flunarizine hydrochloride capsule,and control group in which 33 cases were treated with flunarizine hydrochloride capsule alone,with a course of two weeks.Results The clinical cure rate was 59.38% and the overall effective rate was 96.88% in the treatment group,and they were respectively 15.15% and 78.79% in the control group,with striking differences between the two groups（P0.05,P0.01）.After treatment,the average blood flow velocity of vertebral artery and basilar artery was obviously increased in both groups（P0.01）,with more significant increase in the treatment group than in the control group（P0.01）.Conclusion ＂Danhong Injection＂ can help cervical vertigo.
