摘 要:为了实现高浓度紫外线吸收剂UV-531废水的资源化利用,采用HLE萃取剂在间歇罐式萃取反应器中对该废水进行萃取预处理研究。考察了pH值、萃取比、萃取温度、萃取时间等因素对HLE萃取剂萃取效果的影响。试验结果表明:在进水CODCr的质量浓度为12 000~15 000 mg/L,pH值为1.5、萃取比为1∶1,萃取温度为20℃、萃取时间为3 min的条件下,一级萃取CODCr去除率大于50%。经萃取工艺处理后,紫外线吸收剂UV-531废水的可生化性显著提高,m(BOD5)/m(CODCr)值由0.08提高到0.46,HLE萃取剂用于紫外线吸收剂UV-531废水的处理是可行的。In order to realize the resource utilization of wastewater containing high concentration ultraviolet absorbent UV-531,the pretreatment of the said kind of wastewater by HLE extractant in intermittent tank extractor was studied.The effects of pH value,volume ratio of extractant to wastewater,temperature,time and some other factors on the extraction performance of HLE extractant were investigated.The test results showed that: under the condition that,the mass concentration of CODCr in the influent water was 12 000-15 000 mg/L,the pH value was 1.5,the extraction ratio was 1:1,the temperature was 20 ℃,the extraction time was 3 min,the removal rate of CODCr by the primary extraction was above 50%.Through the extraction process,the biodegradability of the ultraviolet absorbent UV-531-containing wastewater was significantly improved,and the value of m(BOD5)/m(CODCr) was increased from 0.08 to 0.46.Thus it could draw a conclusion that,using HLE extractant to treat ultraviolet absorbent UV-531-containing wastewater was feasible.
