摘 要:烧结过程余热资源的回收与利用是降低烧结工序能耗的主要方向与途径之一。针对传统冷却机在余热回收利用方面存在着系统漏风、回收余热品位和效率偏低等难以克服的弊端,借鉴干熄焦中干熄炉的结构和工艺,提出了烧结余热竖罐式回收利用的结构与工艺,明确了其中的3个关键问题。研究表明,竖罐式回收利用是烧结余热资源高效回收与利用的一条新的途径;不但实现了对烧结矿余热的高效回收,而且,热风即载热介质品质较高,从而有利于后续的余热利用;罐体内料层阻力特性、料层内气固传热以及冷却方式对烧结矿冶金性能的影响是竖罐式回收利用是否可行的3个关键问题。The recovery and utilization of waste heat resources in sintering process is one of the effective ways to reduce the energy consumption of sintering process.Because there are many inadequacies such as air leakage,the grade and efficiency of waste heat recovery are low etc in the traditional cooling machine,which are difficult to overcome.Using for reference from the structure and craft of dry quenching furnace in the CDQ(coke dry quenching) technology,the structure and craft of waste heat recovery and utilization for sinter in vertical tank(RUSVT) are proposed,and the three key problems are clearly showed about the technology.The research shows that RUSVT is a new way for high efficiency of recovery and utilization for sinter waste heat resources,the high efficiency of recovery for sinter waste heat resources is not only realized,but also the grade of heat-carrying agent that are hot air becomes higher,which is good for the follow-up utilization of waste heat.Whether RUSVT is feasible depends on the three key problems such as the resistance character of layer,gas-solid heat transfer of layer and the influences of the cooling way for the sintering metallurgy performance.
