摘 要:某1 720mm平整机组在生产中普遍存在板形缺陷,尤其是电工钢的生产,板形封锁率达到5%以上。为提高该机组的板形控制质量,针对机组的工艺特点,以前张力和辊间接触压力分布均匀为目标优化设计出工作辊和支撑辊新辊形。现场应用表明,优化后新辊形使工作辊和支撑辊间接触压力更加均匀,弯辊控制效果得到增强,板形质量显著提高,取得了良好的经济效益。The strip by 1 720 mm cold rolling skin pass mill has shape defects frequently,especially the amount of shape blockade rate of electrical steel exceeds 5%.In order to improve the precision of shape controlling,new contours of work roll and backup roll are designed,considering the technology characteristics of this unit and taking the uniformity of forward pull of exit of the belt materials and the transverse distribution of draught pressure as the objective function.Productive practice shows that the contact width between work roll and backup roll is changed with the change of strip width,the contact pressure becomes more homogeneous,the control by bending roll and the strip shape are improved,which creates great economic returns for the field.
