摘  要:首先分析了37Mn-1与37Mn5成分、过程控制及生产结果方面的异同点,指出37Mn-1与以往其它钢种气孔缺陷的不同之处,排除了石灰、结晶器保护渣、夹杂物等对气孔缺陷的直接影响,同时,VD真空处理后的[H]质量分数在1.5×10-6以下,排除由氢气引发气孔的根源。其次,通过观察结晶器液面振动曲线发现,浇注37Mn-1过程中液面波动相当剧烈,浇注37Mn5时液面正常。因此,液面波动是造成此次气孔缺陷的主要原因,而引起液面波动的主要原因是钢液二次氧化导致的水口结瘤。After analyzing the similarities and differences between the 37Mn-1 and 37Mn5 in composition,process control and product quality,the holes of 37Mn-1 steel were told from the similar defects in other steels.The causes of surface pore were ruled out about the lime,mold powder,inclusions and hydrogen source.The mold level was found to fluctuate intensely during casting 37Mn-1 by observing the vibration curve,but liquid level was normal when casting 37Mn5.So the surface pore defect is resulted in by level fluctuation in mold in the main,caused by nozzle clogging due to secondary oxidation.
