摘　　要：介绍了济钢通过与钢铁产业链下游用户行业企业建立技术联盟,针对用户应用技术的发展创新新产品开发体制机制,以工程机械用钢用户应用技术为例,研究了满足用户用钢需求的产品开发机制,企业产品开发步伐加快,客户服务体系建设和客户价值创新工程取得初步成效。In this paper,the authors introduced the practice of strategy innovation of product development in Jigang Group Company Ltd.The application technologies of high strength and abrasion steel plates were interpreted for a heavy machinery works.By constructing products application technology research unions with the customers,Jigang has achieved evident progress in new products development.The standard of customer service has been improved substantively.
