红花注射液联合贝那普利治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨红花注射液联合贝那普利治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床价值。方法:选取60例早期糖尿病肾病患者,采用随机数字的方法分为观察组和对照组各30例,两组均给予糖尿病常规治疗,观察组加用红花注射液及贝那普利,对照组仅加用贝那普利,14d为一个疗程,共3个疗程;观察两组患者治疗前后血压、血糖、糖化血红蛋白、尿素氮、肌酐清除率、24h尿蛋白,以及动血液流变等指标。结果:两组患者血糖、血压与治疗前比较,均明显改善(P<0.05),并且改善幅度相似(P>0.05);两组患者尿素氮、24h尿蛋白量均明显下降,肌酐清除率均明显上升(P<0.05),但是观察组改善更明显(P<0.05);观察组患者血流变指标明显改善(P<0.01),而对照组与治疗前变化不大(P>0.05)。结论:红花注射液联合贝那普利治疗早期糖尿病肾病,可以有效减少蛋白尿,改善肾功能及血流变指标,安全有效,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To investigate the clinical value of safflower injection combined with benazepril in treatment of the early diabetic nephropathy. Method： Sixty patients with early diabetic nephropathy, were divided into the observation group an.d control group, each with 30 cases, two groups were given diabetes convention treatment, the observation group added with the safflower injection and benazepril, the control group only added with benazepril, 14 days for a treatment course, altogether 3 treatment courses; observed blood pressure, blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, blood urea nitrogen, creatinine clearance, 24h uri- nary protein, and other indicators of dynamic rheology of patients before and after treatment. Result： Two sets of blood glucose, blood pressure, compared with before treatment , were significantly improved { P 〈0. 05 ） , and the improvement was similar （P〉 0.05 ） ; two groups of patients with urea nitrogen , 24h urinary protein decreased volume , creatinine clearance were significantly increased （ P 〈0.05 ） , but the observation group improved more significantly （P 〈0.05 } ; the observation group were significantly improved indicators of changes in blood flow （ P 〈0.01 ）, while the control group and treatment little change （ P〉0. 05 ）. Confectively reduce proteinuria , improve renal function and blood flow change indicators , worthy of clinical application.
