摘　　要：针对渤海海洋防灾减灾的需要,提出基于星载SAR构建渤海海冰遥感监测系统。分析探讨了系统的数据源选择及工作流程,并就渤海海冰在SAR图像中的响应、海冰信息提取等关键技术进行了讨论。最后描述了该系统的结构设计及运行应用情况,可为今后类似系统的建立提供参考和借鉴。In terms of the demands for disaster prevention and reduction in Bohai sea,a system for monitoring sea ice in Bohai sea by remote sensing technique is proposed based on satellite SAR image.In this study,selection of data source and workflow of the system is analyzed and discussed.The response of sea ice in SAR image and key technologies regarding the sea ice extraction are also discussed.Finally,the structural design and application capability of the system are described,which can provide reference for construction of such systems in the future.
