摘 要:涂布损纸由于含有白色树脂,导致成纸纤维结合力和纸页层间结合力的降低,在轮转印刷中发生分层现象。研究了淀粉酶对涂布损纸中白色树脂的影响,比较了用滑石粉处理涂布损纸对成纸层间结合力的影响。研究发现,淀粉酶处理涂布损纸的最适条件为:pH值7.5,处理时间40min,温度60℃,用量为0.15μL/g绝干浆。滑石粉能去除部分白色树脂,但是去除效果不如淀粉酶,成纸层间结合力增加幅度不大。经过淀粉酶处理后的涂布损纸,与未经过任何处理的涂布损纸相比,成纸层间结合力增加了18.72%。White pitch in coating broke can weaken interlayer bond of paper and delamination will happen during rotary printing. The effect of amylase on white pitch was researched and talc was used to treat coating broke. The effect of coating broke on interlayer bond of paper with two different methods was analyzed. The result shows that the optimal condition with amylase treating white pitch is as follow: pH7.5, treating time 45 min, temperature 40℃ and enzyme dosage 0.15μL/g. Talc can remove white pitch and improve interlayer bond of paper, but its effect is not as good as amylase. Compared to coating broke untreated with amylase or talc, interlayer bond of paper can increase 18.72% with amylase treatment.
