摘 要:选取锰质量分数为2.15%的Al-Mn共晶合金作为试样,采用X射线衍射仪分析试样的相组成,称量摩擦试验前后试样的质量,并用扫描电镜观察所获得材料的磨痕形貌。结果表明,该Al-Mn共晶合金主要由锰在铝中的固溶体和铝锰化合物MnAl6及Al11Mn4相组成;在仅有腐蚀液情况下的摩擦磨损质量损失要比在腐蚀液加磨粒的情况下更大;从磨痕形貌上看,前者比后者有较多的凹坑和较深的犁沟。Al-Mn eutectic alloy with manganese contain of 2.15% was selected as a sample.And the phrase component of the sample was analysed by XRD,the msaa loss of the sample was weighed before and after friction test,the morphology of wear trace was investigated with SEM.The results show that the Al-Mn eutectic alloy is mainly made up of aluminum base solid solution containing manganese and Al-Mn compounds of MnAl6 and Al11Mn4 phrase;the mass loss of the samples under the condition of only corrosive liquid is greater than that under the condition of corrosive liquid and abrasive;the former has more pits and deeper furrows than the latter by observing the morphology of wear trace.
