摘 要:目的:研究生长素及其mRNA在青春期、妊娠期、哺乳期及泌乳后期小鼠子宫上的定位。方法:采用免疫组织化学PV-9000两步法观察生长素在子宫的表达,原位杂交法检测生长素mRNA在子宫的分布。结果:生长素及其mRNA主要分布于子宫浆膜下层结缔组织、固有层、基底细胞和间皮细胞上。但不同生理时期有差异,在妊娠期和哺乳期子宫单层柱状上皮也表达生长素及其mRNA,并且生长素在固有层出现强阳性表达。结论:生长素及其mRNA在不同生理时期小鼠子宫均有表达,且在妊娠期和哺乳期的子宫上皮中也有分布,揭示生长素可能对小鼠不同生理阶段均有一定的调节作用。Objective: To study the distribution pattern of ghrelin and its mRNA in the uterus of mouse at different develop- ment stages. Methods : The immunohistochemical PV-9000 2-steps method and in situ hybridization were used to identify the distribution and presentation of ghrelin. Results: Ghrelin and its mRNA immunopositive cells were mainly found in chorionic connective tissue, lamina propria, basal cells and mesothelium. There were some differences at the different stages. Ghrelin and its mRNA immunopositive cells were mainly found in simple columnar epithelium and the positive cells were stronger in lamina propria at the uterus of pregnant mice. Conclusion: Ghrelin and its mRNA were presented in the uterus of four devel- opment stages and also found in the epithelium in pregnancy and lactation mice, which showed that ghrelin may regulate the procreative function of mouse.
