摘  要:目的:为纹状体的影像诊断提供形态学依据和相关测量值。方法:选取31例成人头部横断面标本,观测纹状体及其毗邻结构的面积和横、矢径,标准化前、后数据均进行相应统计学处理。结果:纹状体面积存在性差(女性〉男性);尾状核头面积与背侧丘脑面积负相关,壳矢径与背侧丘脑横径呈正相关;端脑面积与壳面积呈正相关;端脑横径与尾状核头横径、壳横径,端脑矢径与壳横矢径、苍白球矢径均呈正相关。结论:纹状体各部面积存在性差(女性〉男性);背侧丘脑面积、横径与端脑面积、横矢径均可作为研究纹状体形态变化的参考指标;数据标准化可有效排除个体差异的干扰。Objective: To provide morphological data of the human corpus striatum for MRI. Methods: 31 cross-sectional specimens of human adult head were selected, and then the area, the transverse and sagittal diameter of the corpus striatum and the adjacent structure were measured. The data were processed before and after being standardized. Results: There was sex difference on the area of head of the caudate nucleus, putamen and globus pallidus (female〉male). There was a negative correlation between the area of head of the caudate nucleus and dorsal thalamus. There was a significant positive correlation between the sagittal diameter of putamen and the transverse diameter of dorsal thalamus, the area of telencephalon and puta- men, amd the transverse diameter of telencephalon and head of the caudate nucleus, the transverse diameter of telencephalon and putamen, the sagittal diameter of telencephalon and globus pallidus, and the sagittal diameter of telencephalon and the sagittat diameter of putamen. Conclusion: There was a sex difference (female〉male) in the area of corpus striatum. The area and the transverse diameter of dorsal thalamus and telencephalon, and the sagittal diameter of telencephalon can be selected as reference indexes in the researching of the corpus striatum morphological changes. The interference of individual differences can be effectively excluded by data standardization.
