摘  要:适当的刃口钝化可提高丝锥的使用寿命,如何确定特定条件下丝锥的刃口钝化值已成为提高刀具耐用度的关键因素。提出了采用Solidworks对刃口钝化丝锥切削刃进行三维建模,然后基于DEFORM对攻丝过程进行有限元仿真分析,通过轴向力、扭矩、切削温度的综合对比分析来确定最优刃口钝化半径。以切削1Cr18Ni9Ti为例进行仿真分析,表明在特定加工条件下,刃口钝化半径在0.01mm左右时,对丝锥寿命的提高是最大的。仿真结果与试验结果一致。Appropriate cutting edge preparation can improve the life of tap,while under certain conditions,how to determine the value of edge preparation has become an important factor to improve the tool life.Using Solidworks make a three-dimensional model of the cutting edge,then have finite element simulation by DEFORM-3D,by comprehensive comparative analysis of axial force,torque and cutting temperature to determine the optimal radius of the cutting edge.Cutting 1Cr18Ni9Ti as an example by DEFORM-3D.it shows that in particular processing conditions,cutting edge which the preparation is 0.01mm have longer life than others.The simulation results are consistent with the experimental results.
