清热燥湿洗液治疗豚鼠慢性湿疹疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:研究清热燥湿洗液治疗豚鼠慢性湿疹的疗效。方法:采用2,4-二硝基氯苯(DNCB)诱导豚鼠背部皮肤慢性湿疹模型,将30只造模后的豚鼠分为清热燥湿洗液组,乐肤液组,生理盐水组,每组各10只。每日外用相应药物2次,2次用药时间间隔8小时,连续使用14天。观察用药前后各实验组豚鼠慢性湿疹皮损治疗疗效和病理组织学改变。结果:清热燥湿洗液组、乐肤液组疗效指数>90%,优于生理盐水组;清热燥湿洗液组、乐肤液组组织病理学基本恢复至正常水平,真皮炎细胞计数差异与生理盐水组相比有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:清热燥湿洗液治疗豚鼠慢性湿疹具有与乐肤液相近的疗效。Objective： To explore the effect of QingRe ZaoShi lotion on chronic eczema in cavies.Method： Thirty cases of models with chronic eczema were induced with 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene on cavies＇ backs.Cavy models were assigned into QingRe ZaoShi lotion group,halcinonide solution group and physiological saline group on average.All models were treated with corresponding drugs for 14 consecutive days,twice per day;the interval is more than 8 hours.The changes of skin lesions and histopathology in cavies of different groups were observed.Result： Therapeutic indexes of QingRe ZaoShi lotion group and halcinonide solution group were above 90%,better than that of physiological saline group;Histopathology of QingRe ZaoShi lotion group and halcinonide solution group was restored to normal level.The deference of numbers of inflammatory cells indicated statistical meaning compared with physiological saline group（P0.01）.Conclusion： QingRe ZaoShi lotion has similar effects to halcinonide solution on chronic eczema in cavies.
