HPLC法测定三黄中空栓剂中小檗碱的含量

摘　　要：目的:采用HPLC法对三黄中空栓中小檗碱的含量进行测定。方法:在C18柱(4.6 mm×200 mm,5μm),乙腈∶水(1∶1),在每1 000 mL中加入磷酸二氢钾3.4 g和十二烷基硫酸钠1.7 g为流动相的条件下,检测波长为265 nm,流速为1 mL/mi n,柱温为室温的条件下对三黄中空栓中小檗碱的含量并进行方法学考察,测定样品中小檗碱的含量。结果:重复性试验中RSD为1.02%;稳定性试验中盐酸小檗碱面积稳定,RSD为1.85%;加样回收率试验中盐酸小檗碱的平均回收率为98.92%,RSD为2.09%;3批样品测定盐酸小檗碱的含量分别为10.39、10.38、10.40 mg/枚。结论:HPLC法测定三黄中空栓中小檗碱的含量准确可靠,可用于三黄中空栓剂的定量分析。Objective： To determine the content of berberine in SanHuang hollow suppository with HPLC.Method： C18 Column（4.6 mm×200 mm,5 μm）,acetonitrile ： water（1∶1）,the mobile phase was the solution of 1000ml water adding in 3.4g potassium dihydrogen phosphate and 1.7g Sodium dodecylsulfate,the detection wavelength was 265nm,flow rate was 1 ml/min,column temperature： room temperature.Under the condition the content of berberine in SanHuang hollow suppository was detected through methodological study and the content of berberine was detected in the sample.Result： RSD of repeatability was 1.02%;RSD of stability test was 1.85%;the average recovery rate of berberine was 98.92%,RSD was 2.09%;The contents of berberine in three batches of samples were respectively 10.39,10.38 and 10.40 mg/suppository.Conclusion： HPLC,accurate and reliable to determine the content of berberine in SanHuang hollow suppository,could be tasken as a way of quantitative analysis for SanHuang hollow suppository.
