摘　　要：王自立主任医师在临床中常用经方桂枝汤、苓桂术甘汤、栀子豉汤治疗卫强营弱证、肺脾气虚证、肺卫不固证等,在经方的应用上,提倡遵其法而不泥其方,遣其方而不囿其药,用其药而不拘其量,应灵机圆活,合理变通。体现出临证之时必须谨守病机,随症治之的"辨证论治"的实质精神。Professor WANG Zi-li usually treated syndrome of strong defense with weak nutrient,Qi deficiency of lung and spleen,insecurity of lung-defense with classical prescriptions including GuiZhiTang,LingGui ZhuGanTang and ZhiZi ChiTang and advocated that we should be flexible in the application of classical prescription,which reflected the essential spirit of sticking to pathological mechanism and treating with the symptoms.
