摘　　要：对近5年来针刺治疗中风后遗症相关文献进行分析、总结,从体针、头针、电针等到综合治疗出发,对针药结合、针刺结合康复进行多方面综述,以期为临床治疗提供理论参考。Review from types of acupuncture（body acupuncture,scalp acupuncture,acusector and etc.） to comprehensive treatments（combination of needling and medicine,combination of acupuncture and rehabilitation） were made by studying and summarizing literature on acupuncture in treating sequela of apoplexy in recent five years to provide reference for clinical treatment.
