摘  要:提出中国的钢铁工业要特别重视提高钢的质量,建议采用非水溶液电解法检测研究钢中夹杂物替代金相试样检测法,指出高温钢液中外加纳米粉可以改善钢的组织,控制钢中夹杂物,提高钢的性能,炼钢工艺还需要进一步优化。It is proposed that improving the quality of steel should be particularly taken seriously by iron & steel industry in China and the inclusions in steel should be detected by the method of electrolysis of non-aqueous solution substituting for metallographic examination. It is concluded that the microstructure in steel can be improved by adding nanometer powers to high temperature molten steel. However, in order to further control the inclusions in steel and improve the properties of the steel, steehnaking technology should be also further optimized.
