摘  要:介绍了Gleeble-系热/力模拟系统中的多轴变形单元。该单元继承了直接通电电阻加热的特点,在变形过程中能够精确的控制应变、应变速率以及温度等参数,所配备的旋转装置使其具备了加热、加载的分离和大变形量累积的特点,在模拟平面应变实验和超细晶材料的研发方面有着独特的优势。The multi-axis deformation unit in Gleeble thermo-mechanical simulated system is introduced. The unit is characterized by directly heating resistance with power on, so such parameters as the strain, strain rate and temperature during deformation can be precisely controlled via the unit. In addition, the unit is also characterized by heating or loading in a separate way and accumulating in a large deformation owing to the equipped rotating device, and therefore it has an unique advantage in carrying out the experiment of simulating the plane strain and developments on producing ultra-fine grain materials.
