摘  要:目的:针对目前单人氧气加压舱使用情况,对加压舱内不同部位氧浓度的分布状况进行测定,研究舱内不同部位进、排氧和不同洗舱法对舱内各部位氧浓度分布的影响。方法:以连续洗舱或常压门缝洗舱准备测试条件,采取5种进、排氧组合,进行氧舱上、中、下9个采样点氧浓度检测。结果:舱内氧浓度分布不均匀,是受到宽边担架床和舱内氧气进、排口位置的影响。结论:通过完善洗舱工艺,确定最佳的进氧、排氧部位可有效提高舱内氧浓度和氧气分布的均匀度,改善患者的治疗效果。Objective To determine the oxygen concentration distribution in different parts of the pressurized cabin in view of the present usage situation of single oxygen pressurized cabin,and to research the impacts of adding and exhausting oxygen in different parts and different washing methods on the oxygen concentration distribution.Methods The test conditions were prepared in the continuous washing or atmospheric door washing mode,5 kinds of oxygen adding and exhausting combination were taken,and the oxygen concentration of 9 sampling points was detected.Results The uneven distribution of cabin oxygen concentration was affected by the wide-brimmed stretcher and the port locations for oxygen adding and exhausting.Conclusion By improving the washing process and determining the best oxygen inlet and outlet,the uniformity of the cabin oxygen concentration and oxygen distribution can be improved effectively,which will improve the therapeutic effect
