摘　　要：目的:探讨便携式B超检查在部队演习保障中的应用价值。方法:回顾分析2001年1月至2010年12月部队演习保障中61例患者的超声检查结果、临床手术及保守治疗资料。结果:在61例患者中,经手术治疗19例,与手术相符合18例,符合率为94.74%,保守治疗41例,与临床诊断治疗及随访符合39例,符合率为95.12%,漏诊2例,占3.27%,总符合率为96.73%。结论:便携式B超检查能准确判断病变部位、性质及严重程度能给临床拟定手术方案或保守治疗提供正确合理的诊断依据。因此,便携式B超在部队演习保障中具有重要临床价值。Objective To explore the application value of portable B-ultrasound in the support of the war-game.Methods The ultrasonography inspection results,the clinical surgery and conservative treatment data of 61 patients in the war-game from January 2001 to December 2010 were analyzed retrospectively.Results Of the 61 patients,19 cases were treated with surgery,and（he surgery results of 18 cases were consistent with the pathology results,with the rate of 94.74%;41 cases were treated with conservative treatment,and the clinical diagnosis and treatment of 39 cases were in line with the lollow-up results,with the rate of 95.12%;2 cases were missed,with the rate of 3.27%.The total ultrasonic diagnose accordance rate was about 96.73%.Conclusion The portable B-ultrasound can accurately determine the lesion,the nature and the severity,which can provide correct and reasonable diagnostic basis to the clinical surgery formulation and conservative treatment program.Therefore,the portable B-ultrasound has important clinical value in the support of war-game.
