野战快速检验系统在解放军赴巴基斯坦医疗救援中的应用

摘　　要：目的:针对此次巴基斯坦抗洪救援的自身特点,分析野战快速检验系统(A型)在国际救援中的应用及遇到的问题,为部队进一步合理使用野战检验设备提供参考。方法:以中国人民解放军赴巴基斯坦医疗救援队检验工作的信息数据为基本资料,运用回顾性研究的方法,对野战快速检验系统完成的工作进行分析和总结。结果:在为期20 d的接诊时间内,共完成门急诊及流行病学检测3 226人次;配合完成术前检查116例,为驻地官兵查体62人,完成各项检验806项。结论:野战快速检验系统功能全面、集成性强、操作简单、使用方便、生物危害小、标本处理简单、检测微量化,适合野战及灾难救援使用。Objective To provide reference of using point of care testing（POCT） system more appropriately in the army through analyzing its application and problems in Pakistan flood fighting international rescue.Methods Taking the clinical data collected by the Chinese PLA international rescue team in Pakistan as basic materials,the accomplishment that Biochem POCT System（Type A） had achieved was analyzed and summarized retrospectively.Results During the 20 days relief mission in flood -hit Pakistan,Biochem POCT system had tested 3226 epidemiology specimens in outpatient and emergency department and had accomplished pre-operation examinations for 116 patients,medical examinations for 62 soldiers and 806 clinical test items.Conclusion With so many advantages as rich-in-function,highly-integrated,easy to operate,little biohazard and only requires simple sample treatment and micro-volume sample,Biochem POCT system（type A） is highly appropriate for the field operations and disaster relief,and also suitable for basic troop and disaster-relief medical team.
